From the open pastures where our cattle and sheep roam freely to the carefully managed ecosystems that support them, our focus is on quality, not quantity. This is a return to traditional farming—a slower, more thoughtful approach that you can taste in every bite.
Yes, all our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They graze on our open pastures year-round and are never fed grains, hormones, or antibiotics. Our sheep also enjoy a natural diet of grasses and forage.
We ship our frozen products nationwide in insulated boxes with dry ice. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure they arrive before the weekend. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer scheduled farm tours from May through October. Tours are limited to small groups to minimize disruption to our animals. Please contact us at least two weeks in advance to schedule your visit.
